Role One
We are looking for a highly organised part-time Finance Officer to support the Treasurer with day-to-day financial administration. This role is essential for maintaining accurate, compliant records and ensuring transparency. The ideal candidate will have bookkeeping experience, be confident using accounting software and Excel, and demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

Role Two
We are also seeking a creative and organised Marketing and Communications Officer to lead our daily marketing and communications activity and help raise the profile of Kent Tennis. This role involves producing engaging content, managing digital channels, and supporting the promotion of competitions, events, and inclusion initiatives.

Role Three
We are also looking for a full time Venue Engagement & EDI Officer to play a key role in supporting tennis venues across Kent.
You’ll act as the main point of contact for venues, helping them navigate systems, grow participation, and feel fully supported. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) initiatives, working with mentors, stakeholders, and volunteers to help make tennis accessible to all.
