Kent Tennis changed its legal structure from a volunteer led unincorporated Association (with a Board of Management, Council and a part time staffed Office Team) to a volunteer led Charitable Incorporated Organisation (with a Board of Trustees, several Committees and a part time staffed Office Team) from 1 January 2024. The full legal title is the Kent Tennis Charitable Incorporated Organisation, but we are still known as Kent Tennis.

The 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Kent Tennis Charitable Incorporated Organisation is being held at 7pm on Wednesday 23 April at Newstead Wood School (and online via Zoom) where the Trustees Report, annual accounts and election of some Trustees of our Board will be approved and elected respectively. Documents for our AGM are shown below.
